microsoft office language setting (number version)->chose Editing Language->look primary editing language then chose the chinese(traditional,taiwan).
After do that U open the Word->tab Review these are 2 rows "Simplified" "Traditional".Well U can test type symplified words and press on "Traditional".It will translate Symplified to Traditional.
